Each user on 7xxx may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this 7xxx policy may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security

• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify us immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

7xxx complies with all applicable international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawals will be suspended for any unusual or suspicious transactions until an investigation is completed.

• Each bonus carries a specific Wagering Requirement (WR) — typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance until the Wagering Requirement has been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days; any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once; any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times will be treated as fraud.

Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a special Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 48 hours of registration. The Welcome Bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per person.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance before the account is closed. However, balances may be forfeited in cases involving fraud.

⚖️ 10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, please contact our Customer Support team first. We aim to provide an initial response within 72 hours. If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may escalate your case to our Compliance department.

7xxx's decisions are final and binding. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the applicable laws and rules as determined by the relevant jurisdiction will govern.
